Bubba and Burt Are In A World of Hurt

The boys gab about Hermie’s trip to Double J Jeff Jarrett’s house, his impending wrasslin’ match with Jeff’s son while he is there for the Darrel and Michael Waltrip Charity Event, and they give everyone an update on the progress of their lawsuit for small businesses against the Commonwealth of Virginia, and they even discuss whether or not the new proposal of oversight of gaming in Virginia will be good for the state.

In Stanley’s “Leaning Right Moment,” the guys talk about the internal politics of the possible match-up of Hermie with another Republican politician in the newly-created 17th State Senate District, and what endorsements really mean to a race. And, the Senator rails against a Northern Virginia liberal Democrat, state Delegate Elizabeth Guzman, who is submitting a new bill for consideration by the Virginia state legislature in 2023 that would subject parents to investigations by Child Protective Services, have their child removed from them, and face potential criminal charges if they didn’t acquiesce to and “affirm” their child’s desire to “transition” from their biological gender.

In Hermie’s “Turning Left Moment,” Sadler and the Senator discuss one of the SMART Series’ top drivers Burt Myers’ Disqualification (after a post-race inspection) from his first place finish at the SMART race at Tri-County Speedway for “cheating up” his car with illegal electronic equipment, how it affects the Series as a whole and the Series Championship race at the Motor Mile Speedway this Saturday, and the boys also discuss the wild incident at the NASCAR® race in Vegas involving Cup driver Bubba Wallace intentionally wrecking (and unsuccessfully) trying to fight fellow driver Kyle Larson, and what that means for racing.
