Then, Senator Stanley details his current representation of the Smith family of Loudoun County, and in particular, the father of the child sexually assaulted in the Loudoun County High School bathroom, who was arrested (and branded “a domestic terrorist”) for speaking out and standing up to the Loudoun County School Board for covering up the assault of his child so they could pass dangerous hyper-partisan transgender policies that put his daughter in harm’s way. Sen. Stanley gives an in-depth discussion about defending Scott against the unjust charges Loudoun’s George Soros-backed prosecutor has levied against him, and recounts their most recent major court victories in getting one of the charges dismissed (obstruction of justice), and having the Court grant Stanley’s motion to remove and recuse the politically biased and vindictive prosecutor from further involvement in the pending criminal case against the father.
